MailChimp is a web-based mass email marketing service that allows you to send marketing onformation such as newsletters and promotions from your database of clients. This si a hands on workshop, ideal for small business owners wanting to learn how to create an email marketing newsletter. This workshop will cover - Campaigns are the actual emails, landing pages, etc. that you publish and send out to customers - Templates is the section where you can create the design and content for your campaigns - Audience (formerly Lists) is the section for, unsurprisingly, managing your mailing audiences/lists. - Reports – also a pretty self-explanatory section – is where you can review your campaigns’ performances. Basically, you can see who is engaging with what, and use this information to optimize your campaigns.
