Service Description

I've worked on a wide range of industry and product development projects that support the growth of my region. I successfully prepared tenders for a number of Federally funded Small Business programs over 7 years totaling $1.3m, Victorian Government funding to develop Rural Support Programs compromising – Farmer 2 farmer Mentoring, Strengthening Rural Women and Supporting Small Towns projects - $96,000 and numerous small grants applications to Landcare for Rural Women Leadership projects and workshops to develop the skills of Board members in small regional communities - $36,000 I was recently engaged as a Consultant by the Pacific Labour Facility to identify barriers to investment in Seasonal worker accommodation. Under the direction of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Pacific Labour Facility (PLF) facilitates seasonal and longer-term work opportunities for Pacific workers to Australia through the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS). My role was to design and commence focused activities that lead to greater investment in provision of accommodtion by the private sector/ not for profits, to ultimately enhance greater participation in the schemes
